1. General
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Mindwibe mobile application (“Application”).
The Application is operated by Mdmindfuldating Limited, registered in England and Wales, with its registered address at:

By using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Age Restriction
The Application is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 or older.
By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

3. Service Description and Professional Disclaimer
Mindwibe provides:

• dating features
• communication tools
• personal development tools
• psychological tests
• journaling functions
• shared planning tools

The Application does not provide medical, clinical, psychological, or therapeutic services.
Mindwibe:

• does not provide medical or psychological diagnoses
• does not create a therapist-client relationship
• does not replace professional medical or mental health advice

All materials are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or thoughts of self-harm, you must immediately contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Accounts and Registration
Users must:

• provide accurate and up-to-date information
• maintain only one account
• keep login credentials confidential
• ensure the security of their account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a safety risk.

5. User Conduct
Users must not:

• post unlawful, abusive, or discriminatory content
• upload sexual content involving minors
• impersonate others
• use the Application for commercial purposes without written permission
• distribute spam
• engage in fraudulent activity
• infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

We perform moderation, including automated checks and manual review of complaints.

6. User Content
Users retain ownership of the content they submit.
By submitting content to the Application, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence (for as long as the content remains available within the Application) to:

• use
• reproduce
• store
• copy
• process
• adapt
• modify
• translate
• create derivative works
• publicly display
• distribute

for the purposes of:

• operating the Application
• maintaining and improving the service
• developing new features
• ensuring safety and moderation
• promoting the Application (with respect to publicly visible content)

The Company may grant sublicences to contractors, hosting providers, and technical partners strictly for service operation purposes.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

7. Subscriptions and Payments
The Application may offer:

• paid subscriptions
• trial periods
• in-app purchases

Payments are processed through:

• Apple (In-App Purchases)
• Google (Google Play Billing)

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance through the relevant app store.
Refunds are subject to the applicable platform’s policies.

8. Advertising
The Application may display advertising through:

• Google AdMob
• Yandex Mobile Ads

We are not responsible for third-party advertising content.
Advertising technologies may involve data processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property and Copyright Policy
All elements of the Application, including design, software, algorithms, text, logos, interface, and databases, are owned by the Company or used under valid licence.
Unauthorised copying, modification, distribution, or exploitation is prohibited.
9.1 Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content within the Application infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to info@mindwibe.com including:

• identification of the copyrighted work
• identification of the allegedly infringing content
• your contact information
• a statement of good faith belief
• confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorised representative

10. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided on an “as is” basis.
The Company:

• does not guarantee finding a partner
• is not responsible for user behaviour
• is not liable for actions of third parties
• does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, the Company’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the User in the previous 12 months.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by negligence
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• any liability which cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law

11. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:

• these Terms are violated
• substantiated complaints are received
• fraud is suspected
• user safety is at risk

12. Termination by User
Users may delete their account at any time.
Deletion will result in the processing and removal of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with:

• UK GDPR
• EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679)
• UK Data Protection Act 2018

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The current version will be published within the Application or on the official website.
Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
